Kingston, Aug. 15 - The stmr. SATURN, bound from here to Montreal with a cargo of oats originally shipped from Sandusky, ran on the rocks at Pigeon Island in a dense fog today. The stmr. RIVAL and schr. NELAND left this evening to release the boat.
      The SATURN was commanded by Capt. Mansen and was in charge of a pilot.
