Detroit, Aug. 30 - The tug O. WILCOX, owned by Timothy Hurley of this city, foundered yesterday afternoon. Ten miles off Sable, Lake Huron. The crew were saved. The boat lies in 26 fathoms of water, and is of course a total loss. She was insured for $8,000.
