April 14. 186+ - Schooner J.H. HARTZELL, damaged by fire off Crark's dry dock, Detroit: Loss $2,500.

      We learn by telegraph to Capt. E.P. Dorr, this morning received, that the prop. GENESEE CHIEF and the schr. REPUBLIC, were burned at Clark's DryDock, Detroit, last night, and the schr. J. HAZARD HARTZELL was also badly damaged.

MISCELLANEOUS:- Schooner J. HAZARD HARTZELL.- This vessel which was partially burned in Detroit last spring, has been rebuilt at Bailey's ship-yard, Toledo, and is now on her passage to Saginaw.
