SUNK - The Canal Boat FALCON was run into last Wednesday by the bark ILLINOIS, near Van Buren Street bridge and sunk. She had on board 4,000 bushel of wheat belonging to the owner of the boat, H. Mallory of this city. Neither the boat or the cargo was insured. Mr. Mallory intends to sue the bark for the loss. - Chicago Press, 9th.
