Naval Rendezvous At Buffalo - The Navy Department has directed Commander Stephen Champlin to open a rendezvous at Buffalo, for the enlistment of seamen, ordinary seamen, landsmen and boys, for the naval service. He has also been authorized to charter a vessel to be used a receiving vessel, and it is understood that the steam boat Monroe has been selected for the purpose. In addition to Commander Champlin, Lieut. Cravan has been appointed to the command of the receiving vessel; Lieut. J. M. Swift, and Master T. Brownell have been ordered to the same rendezvous. Others will be speedily sent to make up the complement. - N. York Commercial
