Dunkirk, November 30.
      The propeller OWEGO went ashore last night in a bad snow storm, four miles above this place. She is full of water and foundered on a rock.
      The crew of the bark GEM, with a number of citizens, started with a lifeboat to rescue the crew. After the crew of the GEM left, that vessel broke loose from the dock and grounded. She had no cargo on board.
