A BAR. - The Milwaukee Wisconsin of the 16th says: "A dangerous bar is forming in our harbor, abreast of the lighthouse. The schooner ANNIE SHERWOOD, bound out, grounded upon it yesterday afternoon and foundered 15 minutes before she could be released."
