MAN LOST OVERBOARD - The captain of the schooner EMMA A. MAYES, reports
losing overboard, during the heavy weather of last Tuesday evening, a sailor named Frederick McDermont, a native of Dublin, Ireland. The accident occurred some ten miles above Lexington, on Lake Huron.
