BARK SWEETHEART ASHORE. - The bark SWEETHEART, Capt. Elsey, loaded with 1,150 tons of coal for Chicago, went ashore yesterday morning, at an early hour, about ten miles south of this city. The tug GEORGE W. WOOD, Capt. Crawford, went to her aid, but was obliged to return to port in consequence of a heavy sea which was running at the time.

THE BARK SWEETHEART - This vessel is still in 'durance vile.' On Sunday morning the steam barge GEORGE DUNBAR was despatched to her assistance and in the afternoon of the same day the wrecking tug UNION, Captain Charles Roach, departed with a steam pump on board. Up to six o'clock last evening neither craft had put in an appearance. We understand that the SWEETHEART is uninsured

      IN PORT. - The bark SWEETHEART, which went ashore about ten miles south of this city on Friday, was got off yesterday by the aid of the steam barge GEORGE DUNBAR and the tug UNION, and brought into port. Her damages are comparatively light. She will go in dry dock as soon as her cargo of coal is discharged.
