A telegram from Kingston, dated, Nov. 16th, to Capt. E.P. Dorr, says the schr. ROBINSON is ashore on Charity Shoals, loaded with 15,000 bu. wheat, and needs prompt assistance.

      The schr. S. ROBINSON, bound from Milwaukee to Ogdensburg, with a cargo of wheat, which went ashore recently at Charity Shoal, has been got off, and was towed to this port, this morning by the tug H.A. CALVIN. Her cargo is damaged. - Oswego Times, Nov. 23.
