The schr. FRANCIS PALMS, which arrived in port early yesterday morning with a cargo of corn consigned to Messrs. Whitney & Gibson of Central Wharf, is reported as having been ashore Wednesday during a dense fog on the reef that runs between the South Fox and North Manitou Islands.
