Buffalo, September 9. - A port Colborne private dispatch states that the schooner RATHBUN is ashore near Port Burwell. She is loaded with wheat from Dresden to Buffalo.

      Port Colborne, Ont. Sept. 9. -- Captain McAulay, of the schooner McGRATH, arrived this morning, reports the schooner H.B. RATHBUN ashore near Port Burwell. The vessel was in company with him, laboring in heavy seas; thinks the RATHBUN must have sprung a leak, as she hoisted her colors and made for the shore above Port Burwell piers. She was wheat laden from Dresden to Buffalo.
