ON THE ROCKS. - The Detroit Advertiser of yesterday says: The schooner SWEEPSTAKES, bound down, got on a rock reef, off the Clay Banks, about fifteen miles below the mouth of the river, and four miles from the shore, yesterday morning about five o'clock. The tug REINDEER, Capt. Wheeler, went to her, and arrived here about nine o'clock last evening with the mate, and engaged the scow brig TRENTON, as a lighter, and returned immediately. It is thought the schooner could be got off with but little lighting. It seems to us this reef should be buoyed, as it certainly can be.
