Capt. Kimberly, of the tug OSWEGO, reports the schooner ZEPHYR, bound here, with a cargo, ashore at the foot of Bois Blanc Island, and a vessel in the lake also bound up, endeavoring to work her way in. The steamer OTTOWA will go to both.
