Capt. Stone of the bark GOLDEN WEST, who arrived here yesterday morning from Milwaukee, reports seeing last Tuesday, Dec. 1st, a white brig ashore on Forty Mile Point, Lake Huron, he passed within 2 miles of her. She was headed out north. She appeared to be sunk deck level with the water, and was stripped, all but her standing rigging and spars.
