Welland Canal - The following is a list of vessels passed the canal, at this place, since our last. When we see fourteen vessels passing daily, as we observe was the case on the 15th, it is almost unnecessary to say, the works are in the best state of repair. We understand that up to the 17th, twenty vessels have passed more than at the same period last month.
