Description
Full Text

Efforts are now being made to raise the stmr. BRUCE, which sunk in Kingston harbor in a storm last fall. On thursday week the wrecking tug H.A. CALVIN left Calvin & Breck's Garden Island, with steam pumps to try and raise her. The tug returned on Friday night, having found it impossible to pump her out, the leak being too heavy. She will return to the BRUCE and endeavor to float her with boxes.
