The schr. NICHOLSON, ashore at Erie, was got off by the expedition sent from this port with the assistance of the U.S. Revenue cutter COMMODORE PERRY. The NICHOLSON arrived here Sunday in tow of the tug GARDNER, and was immediately docked and repaired, and cleared again for Erie that night. Much credit is due Capt.
