The steamer ARROW ran into the schooner EMORY FLETCHER night before last,
when about five miles above Detroit, and carried away her jibboom, bowsprit, an
part of her cutwater. The schooner HALL was pretty badly stove also. She was towed down to Detroit for repairs.
