At St. Helena Island, the schooner HAGAR dragged her anchors and ran afoul of the schooner RACER, bound down. The RACER was dismasted by the accident and three men hurt, whose names we could not learn. The tug LEVIATHAN had run up and taken the men to Mackinaw.
