Storm (Scow), gale damage, 11 Aug 1863

Description
Full Text

The Scow STORM, bound for Cleveland with a cargo of shingle wood, met with a disaster in Point au Pelee passage, losing her foremast and everything forward. She was towed back to this port for repairs. Others, we learn, were also damaged to a more or less extent. The names, however, have not been received. - Detroit Free Press.
