Capt. Brown, of the propeller BAY STATE, informs the Toledo Blade that an unknown schooner ran into the propeller WISCONSIN, near the lower end of the Welland Canal, knocking down her smake stack, shifting her boiler and doing other damage. The WISCONSIN will probably have to haul off for repairs.
