ACCIDENT. - The schooner ARCTURUS, while in the bay on Monday, during the running of the heavy sea, broke her centre-board badly, and will be obliged to have a new one put in. A portion of her cargo is being taken out, and she will be detained several days by the accident. - Mil. News, 28th.
