Tug D.G. THOMSON, of Montreal and 75 tons reg. and 4 years of age. Bound from Kingston to Oswego August 31, 1886 stranded due to thick weather and compass error on Yorkshire Island, Lake Ontario. A partial loss estimated at $6,000.
