HARD LUCK. - The brig ROSCIUS was somewhat unfortunate on her recent trip down from Chicago. She left that port on the 6th inst., and after reaching a short distance, carried away her jibboom and was obliged to return for repairs. She again left on the 8th, and when part of the way down, on Lake Michigan, sprung a leak, and was obliged to keep the pumps actively a going until reaching this port, when a protest was noted in accordance with the above. - Detroit Free Press.
