In the United States District Court at Detroit on Tuesday the case of John Moore, owner of the barque SUMMER CLOUD vs. the schooner A. BUCKINGHAM was decided. The collision occurred on Lake Huron between Presque Isle and Forty-mile Point, so called, in clear weather at about 11 o'clock in the morning, May 13, 1868. Decision to the plaintiff with full damages to be decided by a commissioner.
