ACCIDENT TO A PROPELLER. - We learn that the propeller ARAXES was quite seriously injured on Wednesday at Erie, The propeller was aground on the bar, and the Revenue Cutter PERRY in endeavoring to pull her off, broke her windlass and inflicted other injury.
