VICTORY AGROUND.
      GALE LOWERS THE WATER IN DETROIT RIVER
      AND STEAMER AND TOW ARE FAST.

Amherstburg, Ont., Nov. 13. - The northwest gale on Lake Erie lowered the water in Detroit River to such an extent that the steamer VICTORY, towing the big steel schooner CONSTITUTION, went hard aground at the Lime Kiln crossing. They are hard aground on the rocks.
