ARLINGTON DISABLED.
Milwaukee, Oct. 24. - The steamer E. H. UTLEY arrived here towing into harbor the steamer ARLINGTON of the Rurland Transit fleet. The UTLEY picked up the ARLINGTON about 60 miles off Milwaukee. She was disabled and having a bad time in the heavy sea.
