STEAMBOAT INSPECTORS INVESTIGATE WRECK.
      The local steamboat inspectors this morning held an investigation into the collision between the steamers WEST SHORE and NORTHERN QUEEN, and the sinking of a sand scow, for the purpose of fixing the responsibility. Capt. George B. Crawford is master of the NORTHERN QUEEN and Charles N. Vangorger of Chicago commanded the WEST SHORE.
