The Launch - The schooner Alfred Allen was launched from the ship yard in this place on Wednesday, Oct. 15th, at 2 p. m. The whole affair passed off in splendid style and she slid into the water nicely; a large concourse of persons were present on the occasion. She loaded with apples for Milwaukee Saturday, Oct. 18th. Armine A. Holling, Commander.
