We learn from Capt. Williams, who returned from the the schr.WAVE, ashore at Nine Mile Creek, that her cargo of wheat is being secured in bags and taken to a barn in good condition. What further progress will be made in saving the remainder of the cargo and vessel will depend upon the weather. - Oswego Com.
