Ottawa, Aug. 21 - In a heavy fog last night the stm. JOSEPH MILTON of Wiarton ran on a shoal at Tobermory. The crew and passengers were taken to shore safely. Tugs are now engaged in pumping out the steamer, preparatory to releasing her.
