THE PROPELLER 'CITY OF TOLEDO' SUNK.
      Kingston, Ont., Oct. 22. - The propeller CITY OF TOLEDO, wheat and flour laden, is reported sunk nine miles below Alexandria Bay. Tugs and a lighter have gone to her assistance.
