The schr. MIAMI BELLE, bound from Toledo for Ogdensburgh, with a cargo of corn, went ashore at Long Pt. Cut, friday night last. Capt. telegraphed here for tug, no suitable ones could be obtained here. Capt. Robinson, Marine Inspector of the Home Insurance Co. went to Detroit and procured a tug and wrecking pump, but before he arrived at Long Pt. the captain had jettisoned some 3,000 or 4,000 bushels, and got his vessel off, and she arrived at Port Colborne this morning.

      RETURNED. - The tug PRINDEVILLE, which left here on Sunday evening to go to the assistance of the schooner MIAMI BELLE, reported ashore at Long Point Cut, returned from her mission yesterday morning. The vessel has succeeded in getting off, and had proceeded on her voyage to Buffalo prior to the tug's arrival at the supposed place of her going ashore. - Detroit Free Press.
