LAUNCH. - We, this morning, witnessed the launching of a new and magnificent vessel from the yard of Messrs. Goble & Macfarlane. She is named the "George C. Finney" and is worthy the name. She was built by Messrs. Goble & Macfarlane and is owned by Messrs. George Goble and Lyons & Finney. She is a first class vessel, perfect in every way, trim, staunch and a perfect beauty. She will carry 18,000 bushels of wheat through the Welland Canal, and will be commanded by J.T. Van Alstine, as good a sailor as ever walked a deck. We "took one" with him this morning on the "Finney" after she had found her element.
