Description
Full Text

On Sunday the news reached this port that the schr. GOLD HUNTER, a Canadian craft, laden with lumber, from Chatham for Buffalo, was ashore at Bar Pt. Efforts had been made to get her afloat, which, however, were unsuccessful. With more force at command it was thought she would be got off without further damage. - Detroit Free Press, 27th
