Miller & Co.'s Boat Yard. - The enterprising firm of S. Miller & co., boat builders of this city, are doing a flourishing business the present season. They have just launched from their yard one of the best "lakers' eve put upon the canals of this State, the "Canarsie," Littlejohn, Dane & Co., owners, and they have now upon the stocks, for the same parties, to be launched in a week or two, another of the same class of canal craft.

They are also doing an extensive business in way of rebuilding, repairing, and boat work generally. Probably no other yard in the State builds better boats, or turns out better work generally, and it gives ups pleasure to record their prosperity.
