SCHOONER ASHORE. - Capt. H. Burlington, scow J. W. Blake, reports seeing a schooner carrying a "giraffe," with head on West Sister Reef, yesterday, at daylight. He was not able to discover any men on board, nor any signal, and being a half a mile to leeward when he discovered her, did not go to her. Several other vessels were standing up at the time, and probably went to her. We are informed that a tug from Toledo went to her aid yesterday. - Cleveland Herald.
