SCHOONER FRANCOMB GROUNDS.
The schooner FRANCOMB, in tow of the steamer STAFFORD, grounded in Niagara River opposite Germania Park yesterday afternoon. The tug GEE pulled on her for about half an hour but could not effect her release. She will have to be lightered.
