Crosby & Dimick were advised yesterday that the schr. SIR C.T. VANSTRAUBENZIE was ashore at Pt. Prophey, Lake Superior, with her rudder gone. The barge CORRISANDE had broken from her tow on the same lake and had not been heard from. The schr. JOHN WALTERS was ashore in Georgian Bay and a total loss.
