MELANCHOLY ACCIDENT. -- On Monday evening, 4th inst. Mr. Perry Reed, master of the schooner DOLPHIN, Pultneyville, N. Y., bound to this port; unfortunately fell overboard. The darkness of night rendered all human efforts vain to save him from an untimely death and watery grave. His age, 23 years.
