Seizures - The small steam boat Caroline was captured in Maumee Bay, a few days since, by the U.S. Revenue Cutter, Capt. Dobbins, and taken to Buffalo. We understand the Caroline is charged with having been used as a smuggling craft on the Niagara River. - Clev. Her.
