NOT THE " DEAN RICHMOND."
      But a Tug Lost Four Years Ago That Chautauquans Discovered Near Canadaway Creek.
Dunkirk, April 11. " (Special) " All night long people worked at what they supposed to be the hull of the DEAN RICHMOND, near Canadaway Creek. Their labors were rewarded by the finding of the hull of a fish tug that went down off Lighthouse Point four years ago.
