Prospect Of Better Times [part only] - It is with unfeigned satisfaction we announce to the publick, and especially to those more immediately interested, that we now have positive assurances, from Toronto, that the necessary arrangements are finally completed, to furnish the means to enable the directors of the Welland Canal Company to redeem all their bills in circulation, and pay off all demands against them, forthwith, the government debentures authorized to be issued for that purpose, having been taken by the Bank Of Upper Canada, and the money is now ready, subject to their orders...
