One Hundred Pounds Reward!

Whereas some evil disposed persons did, on Thursday night the 9th instant, attempt to destroy one of the locks at Allanburgh, on the Welland Canal, by means of gunpowder - the above reward will be paid, to any person or persons who shall give such information to the subscriber as may lead to the apprehension and conviction of the offenders.
