Great Speed - The schooner Charles Crooke, Capt. Pierce, of Mr. T. Winan's line, loaded and sailed from this port, April 12, in the morning, bound for Cleveland, Ohio. She took in there a full cargo of wheat and flour, and arrived here on the 3d inst., in the morning; having made the trip in 15 days, from which deduct 3 days she was detained in the mouth of the Welland Canal, by head winds, and we have the sailing time 12 days.

Upper lakes, beat this if you can.
