      The schr. NEGUANEE while attempting to enter Cleveland harbor rolled over on the huge seas and struck her stern against one of the piers, staving a big hole in her. The scow also met with a severe accident in having the tug FOREST CITY, which was helping to take her inside, strike her in the side.
