Welland Canal - Late communication from the office having charge of this canal have been received by the forwarders of the village. They represent the canal as being in good condition for navigation, and that it will be opened as soon as business requires it. Our Buffalo neighbours, therefore, need not entertain any fears that Oswego will be deprived of the Western Trade on account of the late troubles in Canada. The Canadians understand their interest better than to drive business from their own canal to enrich their Buffalo friends. - Oswego Palladium.
