The schooner D.R. OWEN, in entering Manistee Harbor, struck the north pier and sunk. She was loaded with brick and will probably be a total loss.

A report from Detroit dated the 1st inst., gives the following particulars:-- The schooner D. R. OWEN, in entering Manistee harbor this morning during a gale, struck the north pier and sunk. She was loaded with brick. The vessel and cargo will probably be a total loss. No insurance.
